I Had a great time hanging out with Tiffany and Ashlea lastnight. They're proud owners of a new house that is chic to the bone. They had their worries about how well each of their different pieces of furniture would clash-no worries about that, probably the comfiest house I've been in. I didn't know about Tiffany's great art skills, loved every piece and the colors she used. Great gals, definitely looking forward to visits in Brooklyn.

Everything is set for my move. I sold my car, and my dad and I have an exact day as to when we're making our trip. I can't wait to go back to D.C. I was there last October but that was for sailing and we only saw the monument, WWII memorial, and Abe. It's been awhile since I've been to the mall and to all of the museums. I have a hazy memory from my safety patrol trip. I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant and ralphed at every monument. I had the best time in the Safety Patrols. I forget how it happened, but some student messed up and was demoted their rank and I was pushed up to lieutenant. Lieutenants had the best job, folding up the flag and roaming the halls keeping the grunts in check. The Captains had their clip boards and their duty was to report any dress code violations or misconduct with the patrols manning their posts. We basically had free roam. I guess safety patrols now wear bright green belts? We had orange.
