Bikes, Rain, Grilling, People Watching

I've biked into the city everyday since I've been here. I finally finished my book I've been laying off this summer in Washington Square Park yesterday. Just like the people here, the dogs have their adversity as well. I love it. Seeing two golden retrievers merrily playing in a kiddie pool in the middle of the urban jungle was amazing. I've never felt a rush like this before; biking in the city is incredible. Anytime of the day is different. Biking over Williamsburg bridge at night is such a sight. The bright cityscape in the night sky is quite the spectacle.

We found out we have to open an account with the gas company here. In the meantime, I've been finding great ways to use the george foreman. A simple dish like the one above: Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwich with chipotle tobasco sauce.

no gas is a bummer. biking is definitely the best way to get around the city. Metrocards are only going to get more expensive.
